Where do I go on-site to get my wristband?
On-site wristbanding will officially open on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at NOON. Wristbanding tents are located at the three main entry gates to the venue
- GATE #1 – adjacent to the box office
- GATE #2 – directly across from Campground B
- GATE #3 – adjacent to Campground A
On-site wristbanding will be open during the following times:
- Wednesday – Noon-9pm
- Thursday – 7:30am-10pm
- Friday – 7:30am-10pm
- Saturday – 7:30am-10pm
- Sunday – 7:30am-5pm
Ticketholders can only obtain their wristband on the first day their ticket is valid. If you have purchased the Jamboree In The Hills 4 Day Ticket, you will need to exchange that ticket for an official Jamboree In The Hills wristband.
You MUST be wearing a wristband to gain entry to the Jamboree In The Hills venue starting on Thursday, July 19, 2018. You will only receive one wristband and you must wear it for the duration of the festival.
On-site wristbanding will officially open on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at NOON. Avoid long lines on opening day and get your wristband early!
You MUST have your Jamboree In The Hills Day Ticket (Thursday-Sunday) and your photo ID (to prove your legal age) to receive your official Jamboree wristband.
3 Day Ticket (Friday-Sunday), 2 Day Ticket (Saturday-Sunday), and single day ticket holders can only obtain their wristband on the first day that your ticket is valid.
Always remember that your ticket is valuable, please keep it in a safe place, do not lose it, do not tamper with it and do not forget it when you are leaving home for the festival.
What happens if I buy a 4-day ticket but can only use it for three days?
Can I let a friend use it for the other day?
No. Each ticket must be exchanged for a wristband to gain entry to the concert area. You cannot share your wristband with a friend. Your wristband must be on tight enough that it does not slide off. Wristbands that have been tampered with or removed will be voided. Lost wristbands cannot be replaced.
